60 Mins Easy (Hills)

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-5)

60 mins on the flat is quite different to 60 mins on the hills. So it’s important to differentiate between the two and if you do a hilly easy run, to account for that extra training load and how it might impact the rest of your week.

The Wednesday gang! If you can’t make the group and wanted to do 90 mins Sunday dropping this to 45 mins easy on the seafront would balance the training load.

Took it easy and was never near the front. Was very stiff in the legs at the start and it took three or four miles for that to clear. After a relaxed day today I feel totally fine.
