60 Mins Easy (Hills)

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-5)

60 mins on the flat is quite different to 60 mins on the hills. So it’s important to differentiate between the two and if you do a hilly easy run, to account for that extra training load and how it might impact the rest of your week.

A nice easy run in the sunshine, no effort at all, but finishing with Briscoe’s walk. I powered up it the full length and was really pleased as I have dropped out and walked part way more than once in the past. My heart was pumping but this was a great stamina builder

That is a brute and given the hills are accounted for in the training, I’m always happy if you want to put that extra effort in on a hill or two on Wednesday. Great running Conal.
