60 Mins Easy (Hills)

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-5)

60 mins on the flat is quite different to 60 mins on the hills. So it’s important to differentiate between the two and if you do a hilly easy run, to account for that extra training load and how it might impact the rest of your week.

Important not to neglect the hills given HHM is the goal.

Included a few hills including Galley Hill but spent the majority of this watching the Barry Richard’s 10k! The effort level was really low and really enjoyable run, didn’t even notice I was running!

Runs like that can be so enjoyable and would have been an opportunity missed. Nice to see you there. Just to let you know you can be part of as many running clubs as you like. One has to be first claim, but you can be second claim with 10 clubs if you wanted.
