8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Good route with some decent hills, didn’t feel as rough that day so actually enjoyed some of this. Must be the run leader ;-) Strides – you were right, I was going much quicker than usual with some 15s reps (usually 17-18s) hitting 2:00 km at one point! Eeeek. Felt OK though, but was a little tight the following day.

Was a nice group and thanks for coming along. Try to offer some variety in my runs and won’t be long before we are stuck to the dark gloomy streets of Hastings. Your pace on the strides was very impressive and made me feel slow 😂 Awesome work Sam.
