60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Strides hard work with the wind post those hill efforts yesterday. I think my posture was good. Good run lead the core. Was at the back with the slower runs but pace was ok with Sunday coming up.

Thanks for leading Sue. Yeah a few of others said they found their Wednesday sessions tough after the hills the day before. But that shows that it pushed you and likely means the fitness will have improved.
