8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Good run with a nice bunch of people. Now got a stretching schedule to run along side Team Orange that fits in with my S&C from you. Also have extra ones to be done daily to try and sort my calf out. Evidently I have a very tight calf which she thinks then effects other parts of the leg. Also it seems the leg effected is not as strong as the other one which doesn’t help 😆have a few extra leg ones to help with that as well. Got to go back in 2 weeks as she knows I have Hastings half coming up. Hopefully this will help. Will stop rambling on now but just much more positive now after seeing her. 😊
