The Bimblers opted for the park this evening as the nights are starting to draw in and we donโ€™t often get down there. A nice gentle plod with lots of the usual chatting and then they went and spoiled it by doing strides halfway through ๐Ÿ˜‚ They were tough as well but Iโ€™m pleased with them, stride length 1.35m and all bar the first stride were under 6 minutes pace with most of us actually working on form and getting the arms doing what arms are meant to do for strides.

It’s so nice to hear about the strides and the form work, as you it means everyone is listening and trying to make those improvements. It makes a difference and is worth the small pause to smash them out. I think once we move onto the next stage of the comeback, adding in some extra strides for you will be beneficial, especially as you can see here how it helps increase that stride length. Well done Andy. Sad times with the dark evenings arriving.
