Was actually surprised with my pace today after the hills session last night! Leg’s little achy but not to bad considering! Strides felt good Elaine Williams run…. Buddied up and actually felt good, my lady had only two very short walking breaks and the pace was slightly faster each lap, surprised to actually over take some faster runners
