60 Mins & Strides

LOAD: 22

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

If doing the Elaine Williams run you could combine that with some extra miles. Or if you plan to do that at a high effort level, let me know as we’ll need to switch things around.

ENJOYMENT

RPE

🙄 Just a fraction slow

PACE

Legs felt tired but to laf yo get it done. I would have preferred an evening run but it was only time I could fit in. Sorry the strides were short.

Really well done for getting out there this morning and finding the time. It can be good to run on tired legs sometimes and ultimately that’s how they will feel at the end of a half marathon so this can build confidence and remind you, that you can keep going even when they are feeling tired. Great job Alison.
