60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁 Do those Strides (or else)

That was tough with a very strong wind, but kept the pace a fair bit slower to keep it easy. Strides done 😁 and the 50% into the headwind had the added benefit of unexpected resistance training πŸ˜†

Your strava comments made me laugh. The wind can be a real pain on the coast. I hate the winter time when you look at the forecast and everyday is wet and windy. Well done for getting this done Jamie.
