8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Tried not to think about the discomfort and just run HR was good although I think the discomfort in the legs does make it seem alot harder than it actually is i went over the distance soni didn’t do the strides, didn’t want to push my luck any further hopefully the legs will be marginally better tomorrow for my ride to work and swim. I think the swim will be better cardio than the normal run too.
