Forgot to set my alarm, so had enough time for only 45 minutes. I’m sure I can make that up later on in the week. A really lovely morning to be out running, which I felt grateful for. I’m over the disappointment of Sunday now, so that didn’t take too long! Looking forward to the gym sesh this evening

Well done for getting out early and no worries about the missing few minutes. I’m sure Sunday can make up for that. I don’t think you should be disappointed with Hove. The weather was always going to make it tough to hit that target and you gave it everything. If anything you should be happy you dug deep and still run a strong time when the mind was saying stop. Important to try and always take the positives.
