Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

Somehow I lost a minute but we did 5 miles in and hour or 5ish miles that group is very speedy. Annoyed that my strides werenโ€™t quicker ๐Ÿ˜ก I need to get to 3 min a km

Great job Lou and thanks for leading. 3 mins a km for strides is really fast and generally what I aim for. Think more form than speed with the strides. If you get the form right, the pace will follow, but another good evening of training complete ๐Ÿ’ช
