60 Min Easy & Strides

LOAD: 20

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁 Do those Strides (or else)

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

I got 2 40 mins runs in whilst we were away. It was an extremely busy week with lots of late nights and early starts so didn’t get as much in as I usually would on these trips, but something better than nothing. It was so hot on both occasions so kept it easy and short.

That’s good. It’s important to give yourself a bit of flexibility when travelling otherwise the runs are always there nagging away and getting you stressed. I think the heat is getting to most, especially poor Stacey and Anna, currently doing the Race to the Stones 🤯
