Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

60 mins easy was just what I needed today. Only managed to get out straight from home at gone 6:30 due to the holidays and could care, I so thought about just chucking the towel in and moving the run to another day but knew that wasn’t what was needed so although a little tired I reset the my Mind set and hit out the door 😊 lovely leisurely plod on my own and decided to throw in a slow up hill clink home all the way up battle road 🤣😴 Really pleased I pushed through and got out there this evening. Ps : yep messed up and didn’t do my strides as I thought I had read they were ok Thursday before the race 🙈 promote I will fit them in this week !
