60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

Important to have a couple of days rest post the 4 hour epic Monday run.

Annoyingly I carried a huge box of tinned chickpeas down some stairs yesterday and felt my shin flare up. Managed today’s run and strides on it- beautiful morning on trails, but more painful than last time. However, I now have some faith in massage and stretching, so will keep doing loads of that, and it will hopefully settle again soon! X

Oh dear. Bloody chickpeas. Who’d have thought they’ve cause the flare up. Glad you were still able to get out for a run though and fingers crossed the massaging and stretching continues to work. Well done Anna.
