60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

On the screen this week looks a little overwhelming, but take each session as it comes and none of them are that tough. If the legs do start to hurt let me know and we can reduce the volume. But I have made changes to ensure we don’t attempt too big a session.
