60 Mins Swimming @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

It’s said that 1 minute of swimming has the same benefit as 1 minute of running. So a nice 60 minute swim replaces an easy run and takes away any impact. Ideal if you are struggling a little with injury.

I didn’t have a huge amount of time today as was a lunchtime swim.so I went for 100m efforts. Bit of a fit in what you can where you can type week but getting it done.

Good idea. If you make it an efforts swim you’re far more likely to earn those training points (load) than if you just did 20-30 mins easy. Making the best use of the time available. Well done Alice.
