So we need to ease back this week to save the legs for Sunday. Off Road would be a good alternative, especially as it would allow you to practice wearing the gear ahead of Sunday. Whilst that is 90 mins (and this says 70) the slower pace will make it a similar workout. So happy for you to do 90 off road with HR if you fancy that?
