Right. Last run of the week completed. Next week is going to be better, I’m joining you on Tuesday, so I’m going to sort out my stupid head! 💪🏻we go again….. 👊🏻🍊

I like that attitude. I don’t think anyone is running Tuesday morning this week because of the handicap race the next day 🤦‍♂️ First time in months we’ve not run on a Tuesday morning but we should have the track at our disposal the following week so more of us likely to be there. Tuesday evening is happening in the park though, but not sure that’s any good for you? (6:15-7:30).
