Thank god for Revvies caffeine strips. Pop one on my tongue, when the alarm goes off at 5:30am and I’m ready to go within 10 minutes! Feels good to have done only easy runs this week….maybe my legs needed that. I’ve now hit 3,000 miles for running, walking and cycling and 2025 so far. I’m proud of that

Fuck that is a lot of miles. (I tend to swear when I only really want to emphasise a point). My best year was 2020 when I ran 2020 miles sometime in late November which I thought was pretty cool. Not sure I’ll achieve that again in truth. Great work Joe.
