Keep the effort level down on these easy runs and focus on good running mechanics.

Starting off quite conservatively with this plan and then after a few weeks we’ll start to build up the training load. Also saving the legs for Sunday.

Not a great week! You probably saw me shortly after walking! My hip/leg/back everything has been awful since S&C. I’ll see what happens tomorrow but atm I feel like giving up!

Sorry to hear that. I will reign in the S&C and make it super easy for a few weeks. You have just come off a tough marathon block. I would suggest we just ease off a little, take a few more weeks to get back into the swing of things and then kick on. But leave it with me. I’ll make some changes that I see fit to get you back on track and hopefully at the very least enjoying your running again. We got this.
