🤬 Way off pace today

PACE

Jetlagged so really struggled but wanted to get out and wanted to do the strides. Did 30mins easy, the 10 strides and then about 8 mins home. Will do another run Thursday to make up for it

No worries Ben, well done for getting out there. I’ve tweaked the plan after your message so the extra run isn’t needed, unless you feel like it, but better to be fresh for those big sessions.
