😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Bloody horrible at times in that wind. Also had a little bit of knee in the middle part of the run, which I’ve not felt before, so I hope that doesn’t progress into anything worse. Sorry, no strides. I attempted one and it just didn’t feel right. That’s the week’s running done. Looking forward to marshalling tomorrow

Let’s keep an eye on that knee, hopefully nothing major, but good to note it and just bear it in mind. Given the circumstances it was smart not to do the strides. Another strong week ticked off. Well done Joe.
