Worked on posture and lowering HR. Slight niggle in left leg bit of groin, hip and knee 😬 thinking it might have been the massage that moved things around? 🤷‍♀️

Great to hear you’re working on form whilst out doing these runs. I think if we work on posture in our running that can actually carry on through to other areas of like and having good posture can instantly lift our self confidence, so it can be so important. Keep an eye on that niggle. Might be the fact we did those 2 tough sessions in 3 days, Battle and track, hopefully it will settle down, but well done Lou, another strong run ticked off.
