Pacing is your biggest issue if I am completely honest. And that’s a positive, because it’s easy to get right and then you’ll times will tumble. I think it’s just a tendency to go off too fast, so pay attention to the pace on your watch early in reps and runs and slow yourself down to the pace you should be doing. Early in a rep of 5k it should feel easy if you’re running at the correct pace. It will come though, just takes practice.
