Big session this so start off at 10k pace and then look to hit 5k pace for the last 4 reps. Always focus on running tall and staying relaxed.

Would be a good session to return to the track given the longer reps. Would allow you to ease in and see if you can then slowly increase the pace 🤔

Enjoyed that and pleased that I’m there or there about on time and haven’t done that much track. Targets were: 9:14 and then 8:46 Actuals were: 9:11, 8:42, 8:59, 8:51, 8:40 The last 6 minute rep was the hardest. Found out how to programme target pace into my watch and finding that really useful.

As you say, despite the recent injury you’re still very close to your best which shows how well we’ve been able to manage that without actually stopping the plan.
