Big session this so start off at 10k pace and then look to hit 5k pace for the last 4 reps. Always focus on running tall and staying relaxed.

Keep it steady and try to hit those paces if you came. All about consistency in a big session like this.

Nearly forgot I had feed back to do again 🤭. Tough session ( I know it’s meant to be), definitely work to do on breathing and fitness, although not a long way off target paces, average was 9:38 min miles. I do suffer with weary legs, often feel more tired dog walking than running though 😁. Hope you are feeling better!

Fantastic, yeah this is a big session in terms of volume and you did great. Looked to be running strong and very consistent with the splits. A great way to start the new plan. Yeah I am feeling better thanks. Over tired I think, what better way to solve that than a Tuesday morning long run 🤦‍♂️
