3km @ 3km Pace (RPE: 8)
3km @ Pace of Team (RPE:5-8)

2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A great event where you take part in teams running a total of around 6km. A good replacement for a weekly efforts.

Give a real push for your 2.8km leg and then settle in with the team. To boost the training effect a big WU (5km) and strides would be my advice.

I was super tired from a lack of sleep. (2hrs) I was working in France again. I went out too fast.

Crikey, that is a lack of sleep. Probably the hardest race to pace in fair giving the short distance and desire to make up ground. Well done George given the circumstances.
