🤬 Way off pace today

PACE

This was my first efforts today. I was on treadmill and trying to make sense of pace and garmin watch so not really sure how I did in the end.

Well done Sarah. I think in hindsight when on the treadmill I can give a simpler session and then I guess it’s understanding the settings on the treadmill and how they relate to pace. Sometimes you need to set them to km/h or mph rather than an actual pace which can confuse things. But we will get there.
