A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

I’m going to head to the park. Same time. 9:30am for the start of my WU jog and then 10am start the session. I’ll be doing something a little different, but we’ll all be running around that bottom loop together. I know we did this a month or so back, but now being off the track does limit the sessions a little, the minute we go longer than 400 metres in the park we need to extend the loop, otherwise we’d all get super dizzy running in circles 😂

Quite pleased with these today. 400m was 16 minutes, only 24 seconds too quick overall. 200m was 7:20, only 3 seconds too quick overall. My piece of paper works 😂

It’s the way forward!! I don’t mind “too quick” by the way. Shows you are running really well right now. I had a piece of paper of mine but it got lost in transit. So I might be asking for advice in this area in future.
