A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

As mentioned, did a great warm up and started the session but with tummy issues I had the abandon the session. I did get an easy 50 minutes in the gym Wed morning tho!

Not much you can do about that really. I had my first ever shit in the woods this year 🤦‍♂️💩 It was rather traumatic. Well done for squeezing in the 50 mins.
