A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

I’m hoping we’ve got the track back. With the marathon the focus, just keep these consistent.

Everything felt right today like poetry in motion. Very rare an effort session goes like that for me. Great to have some company too, especially that last rep I think we were well under target pace there
