400m felt a bit slow but the 200m thought I smashed that one so really pleased with my efforts Overall

Definitely ahead of pace looking at your overall Strava stat. So around 4:45-4:50 per km would have been on target. You averaged 4:37 for the session, so that’s fantastic and shows how well you are running right now. Plus all the time you are enjoying it, the improved fitness is really just a bonus. Great work Jim.
