😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Like pissing in the wind, way off pace not for the lack of trying. Super windy along the seafront! If I could have swapped this for parkrun tomorrow I would have. 8x 400- 128, 124, 130, 126, 134, 124, 126, 122. 8x 200- 41, 41, 41, 41, 41, 42, 41, 44. Put in a proper shift here. 9.90mi total.

Sorry to hear conditions were crap, but they make us tougher right? As long as the effort is there, missing target pace is fine. If you ever do want to swap things around, like this for parkrun, just let me know. It’s always on the table to mix things up. But another good anaerobic session which will help towards that 10k race coming up. Well done Adam.
