A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

I’ll be heading to the lower park Tuesday morning to do this session if you wanted to join me.

As good a place as any to do these instead of track. I did find it tough especially the 400s but was only 4 seconds per rep over target on average so reasonably happy with that combined with 1.15m stride length 😊 The 200s were better as usual at only 2 seconds over target pace on average with a stride length of 1.3 m.

That’s ok. I think at this stage we don’t need to worrying greatly about the splits as when your recovery does start I’ll tweak the targets anyway. More about consistency really and I enjoyed doing that session with you guys, so thank you.
