400m bit too fast. I think the average was around 1.25 when i was aiming for !.30. 200m was slightely slower than i wanted around 43 to 45 sec tather than 40

Hugely impressive how fast those 400s were. The 200s were probably a consequence of going a bit too fast early in the session, but that’s ok. The pace was excellent and a highlight that you are still running very well. Great job Matt.
