A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😬 Too fast

PACE

I’m not familiar with these short and fast ones. Difficult to know how fast I’m going. I need to practice more of these. Obviously it went too fast and it wasn’t I wanted? Or was it still okay? I enjoyed the session and running with Glen. Oh and I’ve just realised that I should’ve run 8 x 400m but I did only 7 x! Gutted! 😭
Manami Cheves
Firstly 7 was fine as we were limited to time, so that’s not a problem, don’t worry about that, session still complete. As you said, it’s just practice and then getting a better understanding of where you’re at and what paces you can maintain. But they are very beneficial and an important part of our training, even for marathons. You did great Manami.
