80 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Try and keep it easy. It all depends on your current level. If slowly adding time to your long run the last 10-20 mins might be tough. Focus on good form.

You can always move these to Sunday. As long as it’s 90 mins or less, running Sunday and then track Monday is ok. Anything over 90 mins and you’ll want to move intervals to the Tuesday.

Longest run in a while. Was over 80mins but we did walk up some hills and i still felt ok at the end. Overall a really enjoyable run
