I expected a bit of a depressing run as leg was a bit wrong yesterday, but actually today was good… it did hurt sometimes, including some weird shooting pains, but I let it pass and noticed it didn’t stay the same, so I just ignored it and enjoyed the autumn late afternoon on the trails. Also I enjoyed how easily I could run up the hills!
