I think, when and if you can, running with others might help. Are you on my training group WhatsApp? It’s an opportunity just to share with the team when you are heading out for a run, the rough pace and see if anyone else is interested. I hate these type of runs now, I find them boring, uninspiring, but appreciate they are still very important as different adaptations happen at the slower pace. You’re on instagram so will know all about that (bombarded with that run slower to get faster nonsense). Well done for getting it done though.
