There is the Rye 10 also, if you wanted to jog round there, racing it would be unwise in my opinion, although not totally off the cards.

A nice easy pace and mostly flat run – 16k in total, first 10 with Laura along the front and back. Picked up the pace after she went for a dip in the sea so did the final 6k in zone 2, felt easy with no niggles.
