Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy.

I like the idea of still getting 12km in, but if there are any niggles, happy to drop this to 60 mins. Important to listen to the body this week. There is only 1 more 30 min run after this before London though, so plenty of time to rest.

Ran just over 10k. Picked up pace gradually and knee felt ok. Plus 3 dog walks today too. I’ll be glad when my husband is back from his trip 🤣

3 dog walks. Crikey that’s a lot. But good to get out there and stretch. Well done Caz. I think all the feedback coming about the knee in the past 10 days has been positive so I think we’ve done a decent job between us of making the necessary adjustments and ultimately getting you a in a position where London is possible.
