Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy. RPE should be around the 3/10 which means you can run and chat.

Stick to 90 here as we had the race Thursday and the Amble next Sunday, so important not to overdo it.

90 mins @ easy …. Oh how I wish all runs could be like this 😂 just beautiful! Easy miles, just my music for company with the sun shining down. The seafront was just lush and the miles just felt good. It was lovely to catch up and chat with friends at park run and for once I listened and stuck to an easy park run 😊 It’s been a lovely end to my running week.
