Thought I’d try Lou & Nick’s 120min HR Sunday run. Turned out quite nicely. Lovely morning. Legs are fizzing now though. Can I get extra points? 🤪

Definitely extra points for that. 9 in fact!!! I think when the opportunity is there to do the easy runs with a group, then take it, it makes it far more enjoyable. Excellent work Philippa.
