Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy. RPE should be around the 3/10 which means you can run and chat.

I’ve put the runs is as normal but appreciate it might not be possible with the kids. Do what you can. I’m not sure how old they are, but would they be ok in a safe environment like track? We’ve had some parents bring their kids before. Track sessions are Monday 6:15-7:30 and Tuesday am 10:00-11:00am.
