Getting seriously bored of going on about my leg so I won’t! Last Sun was a confidence booster and also what you said- after 100k, some stuff will hurt and it might or might not be my leg!! Fitness is good, got some hills in today and barely registered them. New trainers! Yay! Orange! πŸ˜†πŸ˜‰

Love the fact you’ve got some new orange trainers. I also think from a mindset point of view it’s wise to see the South Coast Challenge, almost as the “big race” this year. And give yourself plenty of time (2-4 weeks, if not more) afterwards to rest and recover. That way you can push the body, knowing you’ve got a nice rest coming up. Obviously we don’t want to cause any serious damage, but the next big Ultras should be 2026, so whatever happens you’re going to have a lot of time to recover and then go again 😁
