Half marathon route backwards with Klare. Really enjoyed it. I actually love doing hilly routes; always feel really accomplished afterwards.

On a serious note that helps and perhaps in the future rather than trying to do those 3 x 3 miles at target pace that have sometimes been a struggle we can focus on a hilly long run instead.
