😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

I checked in a few hills, up and down, and it was deceptively warm. Just ran to feel, keeping it easy, didn’t know my pace until the end.

Nice to bank 10 miles ahead of the Great North Run. Sometimes it’s good just to ignore the pace and run to feel as well. Hopefully a bit of a confidence boost ahead of next week. Well done Michael.
