Didn’t hit 90 minutes but I did push myself a bit harder than I have done on my recent easy runs. Was running with people much more inline with my speed and was good to be pushed a bit more. I felt ok actually. Stomach was a little groany but today was the first day I felt more like myself in the last couple of weeks so I am really pleased about that.

I did drive past you in Silverhill, nice little group you had. If you can find people your pace then that’s ideal. No worries on the slightly shorter mileage, but if you can make up for it later in the week with an extra mile or two, that would be good, not essential though. Great work Kelly. Glad you enjoyed this one.
