🙄 Just a fraction slow

Kept this one easy and walked the hills, the S&C session from the previous day made me really quite sore (hip flexors/upper hams) so I nursed this one.

Smart move!! Bloody S&C. Long term there is an alternative. Little and often, it’s working well for me. Short and sharp 10-15 minute S&C sessions, 1 a day on average. Something to consider perhaps?
