Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy.

Is 90 mins achievable on a Monday evening from a time perspective? The idea being you should be relatively fresh after a weekend off.

Despite the heat, run went well albeit at raised effort However, at about 75 mins, right knee started feeling a little tight. Gave it a bit of a rest to restart but felt it better to call it there. I’ll see how it is tomorrow and if ok will continue with sessions as they are, or do 75/90 tomorrow and intervals Wednesday.

Well done Jamie, sorry to hear about the knee. You did the right thing. Obviously Friday is the priority this week, so we want to ensure you are fighting fit for that. So if need be and the knee does continue to cause an issue we can ease back and ensure you’re good to go at Rye.
